Inside my crazy political world

Politics can be like wine. Some like it and some don’t. I am one of the crazy people who happen to like both.

If you like wine then you know that the best wine has a balanced flavor. Not too bold, not to boring, just a nice balance.

Politics is like that as well. When it is to one sided and out of balance the after taste of the decisions made don’t often sit well with the those that it is meant to serve.

As a member of the Oregon Legislature since 2021, and being in the minority party, I have an appreciation for the imbalance and the after taste it has left on our state. I have heard a desire from both side to bring balance back to Salem and our state.

So, I decided to combine my two crazy worlds, wine and politics and “Drink the House Red” was born.
